Steve Frumkin heads up our booking agency and artist management division. Steve and Jim started the agency in 2002. After spending 22 years in the technology industry, working for numerous major tech companies including Nortel Networks, Xerox Global Services, Dictaphone Telephony Recording Systems, as well as National Sales Manager for Adler-Royal (Royal typewriters, calculators, word processors), and with the crash of the Dot Com Bubble, he made the jump to his first passion into the music industry.
Steve also assists Jim with the marketing and production of our live concerts in NE Ohio and Florida.
Steve lives in Sarasota, FL since 2012, but spent the first 58 years of his life in Cleveland. He’s a big fan of the Cleveland Guardians (previously Indians) and old movies.

Rebecca Seiler grew up early on listening to big band and jazz records on the family Victrola, as her grandfather was a vocalist that sang on WCCO radio in her hometown of Minneapolis. In her early teens, she started to take advantage of the city’s unique decision to host all age shows in addition to adult shows for international artists. This, along with her passion for public radio, greatly expanded her love for music and knowledge of genres and artists. That background drove her to the music business when she moved to NY in 1998, landing a job with what would become one of the biggest booking agencies in the country, Evolution Talent Agency, pioneered by Jonny Podell and David Zedeck, of ICM and CAA fame. As she really wanted a career in artist management, she took a position with Avenue Management in 2001. Unfortunately, that was short lived due to 911, as the music business and the world was turned upside down. She relocated, to Sarasota, FL, where she met Steve Frumkin at JWP and accepted a position with him in 2015. Today, she lives outside of Seattle with her newly adopted dog Oliver. Her biggest passion still remains attending live shows and she is equally thrilled to book JWP’s incredible roster of talent.
Rick Costa (drummer, percussionist, agent) moved to South Florida back in 2015 from Boston, Massachusetts. A sought-aft er musician, Costa spent the previous twenty years in New England not only performing , but gaining a reputation as a proficient booking agent and producer. Upon arriving in Florida, Costa has become a first call drummer for both regional and touring musicians throughout the state. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience since joining the JWP Agency in 2017. Costa now calls home in Miami where he attends the prestigious Frost School of Music pursuing a DMA in both jazz performance and Musicology.
